On Friday, March 14, former Rockwood Summit Senior High School standout Tyler Metz’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 14-13 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Glennen Field. This was their first matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at Glennen Field against Rogers State Hillcats.
