Lindbergh High School standout Luke Melton’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lindbergh High School standout Luke Melton’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 12-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Austin Peay Governors.

The game took place at Joe Maynard Field at Raymond C. Hand Park. This was their first matchup against the Governors this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Joe Maynard Field at Raymond C. Hand Park against Austin Peay Governors.
