Did you see a St. Louis County snow plow on the roads today? Don't worry, it’s just training day!
St. Louis County's Department of Transportation and Public Works conducted its annual winter training on Tuesday. Crews went over proper snow plowing and salting procedures and got the chance to drive their assigned snow routes.
