Our HOME Consortium provides down payment assistance loans to income-eligible first-time homebuyers to assist with the down payment and eligible closing costs associated with acquiring qualified owner-occupied residences. Down payment assistance loans were increased in St. Louis County and the City of Florissant to provide additional assistance to homebuyers in the current market.
