Of the 10,203 people living in Eureka in 2020, 47.7 percent (4,870) were women and 52.3 percent (5,333) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South STL News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 84. In the 65 and over age range, there were 819 females and 681 males.
